Our partnership begins with a FREE consultation to determine your business’s unique needs. I’ll review your accounts and current book health. 

Next, I’ll send you a proposal with a breakdown of costs and services I’ll provide. I’ll tailor fit those services to suit your needs, so you’re only pay for what you need.

Once you agree to the proposal, I’ll connect remotely to your accounts via Quickbooks Online, Intuit's secure software, and begin monthly services. 

Each month, I’ll monitor your bank and credit card transactions: categorizing, matching and recording all of them. I’ll complete any Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable tasks, file and pay sales tax, and reconcile all accounts. At month end, I’ll close the books and send you a complete set of financial reports: Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, and those showing past due Bills and Invoices. 

I offer the benefits of a hired full-time bookkeeping at a fraction of the costs since I work with you business-to-business. This means you won’t have to hire on-site staff, reducing payroll and overhead.
