Hello and welcome! I’m Jana, owner of Avante Bookkeeping, LLC. I offer full-charge bookkeeping services from sending out invoices, getting the bills paid, reconciliation and reporting, as well as clean up services for those who’ve fallen behind in their taxes.

As a native San Diegan, I love to support small local businesses. I'm a data nerd by nature, so meticulously organizing numbers has always come naturally to me. I love to look at the numbers from different perspectives to make the most strategic plan. A passion for efficiency, I enjoy finding ways to streamline processes, giving you back more time. 

My bookkeeping experience began in the 90s in Accounts Payable. I formally opened my first business in 2016. Over the years, I’ve gained diverse experience working with business in diverse industries ranging from engineering, manufacturing, bio-tech, e-commerce and retail, contractors and freelancers.

Having run my own business, I know personally the pride of ownership AND the challenges of trying to wear every hat. Time and bandwidth are limited. Your primary focus needs to be on earning revenue.
